Instructions
Place 2 grams of tea into a tea infuser or strainer, allowing room for the leaves to expand. Add 300ml (or enough to fill your favourite mug!) of water just off the boil, and allow to steep for 3 minutes. Remove the tea leaves, wait for the tea to cool, and enjoy!
